A review should be done after each event has finished so your group knows how successful the event turned out. If you don’t have time to host an informal get together with committee members to review the event specifics, you should at least have them fill out a survey. There’s no sense in reinventing the wheel each time you want to host an event, and keeping track of the details will help the organizers of the next event! More
